What about the bar?

  • Our three carefully curated packages have distinctly different bar options, so that you can choose a package that is as unique as you!
  • The Premier includes a two-hour host bar so you have flexible bar options
 Following the two-hour cocktail bar, you have the option of paying by consumption, tickets, toonies, or cash bar! Get in touch with us for more details!
 The 2 hour bar takes place right after the ceremony, this means you get to choose what bar option you want after dinner when the bar reopens after dinner.
  • The Signature & The GoldSchatz both include six hours of open bar included in the price per person. (That’s 2 hours right after the ceremony & 4 hours after dinner)
 So the only extra charges you will incur the day of the wedding will be extra bottles of wine on guest tables, or extra drinks during dinner if approved by you!
  • We know how important it is to support local! Ask us about our local beer options. We are excited to showcase our own wine on your wedding day- Ask about current vintages!

What is the backup plan if it rains?

  • We can move the ceremony inside the Coach House in the event there is inclement weather. We can make this decision within two hours of the ceremony as we will move the reception tables to the side- which all gets put back into place when the ceremony is over!
  • You have the option of renting a tent from an outside vendor- We can help with this!

Dietary Needs

  • We are happy to accommodate any dietary needs at no extra charge.
  • You have the option of offering your guests a choice between two meat entrees- This will result in a service fee of $2.75 per person.

Sustainability

  • We are proudly Feast On Certified. This means that we are committed to serving local food & beverages at your function.
  • We are always working towards more sustainable practices, if you have any questions on making your day more sustainable ask Kelsi!

Our planning process

  • What are your next steps after booking?
o You will receive an email from our online booking system HoneyBook that will contain the contract- you can easily sign this online!
