• Seven Grain Breaded Chicken Breast (Boneless)
• Chicken Cordon Bleu, stuffed with Black Forest Ham and Cheese, lightly breaded & pan seared
• Herb crusted Pork Roast, cooked to perfection
• Braised Salmon, served with citrus and herb scented garlic butter

We would be pleased to offer your guests the choice of 2 menu selections from one price category. To assist in serving your guests more efficiently, we require that a small symbol or sign be displayed at the guest’s setting which indicates their meal choice. The final numbers of the 2 selected menu items must be confirmed 1 week prior to arrival.
