Lime & Coriander Aioli, Traditional Cocktail Sauce & Lemon Sections.

House Cured & Smoked Salmon $7.50 per person (minimum of 20 guests)
Sliced and presented with Red Onions, Capers, Lemon Sections & Peppered Cream Cheese, French Baguettes & Stone Oven Baked Rye Bread.

Oysters $39.00 per dozen (minimum of 3 dozen)
Served with Spicy Onion Marmalade & Condiments.

Crudités $4.75 per person
An assortment of Fresh Vegetables presented with assorted Dips.

Cheese & Fruit $7.00 per person
Presentation of International & Domestic Cheeses, with Seasonal Fresh Fruits, French Baguettes and Crackers.

“Canapé” Style Sandwich Selections $40.95 per dozen (minimum of 3 dozen)
Variety of breads topped with Meat, Cheese and Vegetarian Selections.

“Deli” Sandwich Station $9.95 per person (minimum of 30 guests)
