For all events taking place in 2013, here are the Entrée and Buffet selections we offer.

The Culinary Team at Hessenland Country Inn have carefully chosen all selections for the banquet menu. Should there be something you desire that is not shown on this menu, we would be pleased to create a personalized Menu.

Please note that all prices are subject to 15% gratuities and 13% HST 


Entrée Selections

All Dinner Entrée Selections are accompanied with fresh Breads & Butter, Garden Greens with appropriate Dressing or Soup, Selection of Roasted Mini Potatoes, Garlic & Scallion Smashed Potatoes, Rice, Assorted Seasonal Vegetables, 1 Dessert Selection, Coffee & Tea.

1. Huron County Pork Roast $35.95
Prepared and crusted with Fresh Herbs & finished with a Sherry Reduction.

2. Huron County Stuffed Pork Roast $36.95
Enhanced with meat and herb stuffing & Dijon and Peppercorn Sauce

3. Multi Grain Chicken $36.95
Boneless Chicken Breast crusted with Organic grains, served herb jus.

4. Slow Roasted Beef $36.95
Served with Merlot Sauce.

5. Cordon Bleu of Chicken $37.95
Stuffed with Havarti & Black Forest Ham, with herb jus.

6. Huron County Chicken $38.95
Stuffed with Mushrooms, Leeks & Chorizo, served with Herb scented Reduction
OR
Stuffed with Atlantic Salmon, served with a light Tarragon Reduction.

7. Vegetarian Selections $32.95
Rice Noodles tossed with stir fired vegetables, hoisin, soya glaze & corriander
or
Baked Crepes stuffed with curry scented vegetables, served with onion fondue
or
Mushroom Vol ou Vent- puff pastry filled iwth sauteed mushrooms, garlic, onion and herbs served with tomato onion coulis

with a light gamay reduction

Braised & finished with a citrus garlic coulis.

Slow Roasted, Finished with Cabernet Jus.

Thin slices of beef rolled and stuffed with carrots, onion and bacon, served with a cabernet jus

12. Pork Schnitzel $42.95
Pork breaded and sauteed, served with a herb jus

Please Note: There is a choice meal surcharge of $2.75 per person and an additional salad or soup course may be added at $7.25 per person.

Summer Greens
Mesulin  Mix, Garden Vegetables topped with Strawberries, Blueberries & Pine nuts served with balsamic dressing
(additional $2.25 per person)

Fall Greens
Assorted Greens, Garden Vegetables with black pepper infused goat cheese, roasted pecans and pear to garnish and served with balsamic dressing.
(additional $2.25 per person)

Ceasar Salad
Fresh Romaine tossed with homemade dressing, double smoked bacon landons, crutons & parmesan
(additional $2.75 per person)

(An additional salad or soup selection may be added at $7.25 per person.)

All buffet selections minimum 50 guests up to maximum 150 seated guests.
