1. Night of arrival

• Prior to dinner, enjoy a glass of bubbly in our serene gardens

• 3 Course Dinner including wine* and digestive will be served on our Garden Terrace ( Restaurant Dinner Menu)

2. Second Day

• After Breakfast explore the surrounding areas, play a round of Golf, visit Grand Bend, historical Bayfield or Goderich…but don’t stray for too long…

• Take a casual tour of the herb garden & Kitchen where your gourmet meal is prepared

• Later on, join the Chef in our Cellar to make your wine selection for dinner

• Enjoy a leisurely walk on the beach or relax by the pool & whirlpool

• & now…   Dinner is served!

• Choose from one of our fabulous & private gazebos, gardens or Sunset Tower

• Hors d’oeuvres, Aperitif, 4 course Dinner with wine* & Digestive

• Après Dinner, Enjoy our world famous sunsets by the beach or on our Sunset Tower

3. Date of Departure

• Extended late check out & of course time to take in any last minute tips on preparing your own Gourmet Meals!
